Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Vylkon, we approach logistics with the same rigour as we do the selection of our products. Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with complete transparency.

ARTICLE 1 — PROCESSING TIMES

It is important to distinguish between processing time and dispatch time:

Processing time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch confirmation: A confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent to you as soon as your parcel leaves our logistics warehouse.

During busy periods (product launches, promotions, public holidays), this timeframe may exceptionally be extended to 96 working hours.

ARTICLE 2 — DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

The delivery times below are indicative estimates provided by our logistics partners. They are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Vylkon cannot guarantee these delivery times, which depend exclusively on the carriers.
